Our sponge cake is baked according to traditional recipes and refined with cream cheese, egg whites, and other high-quality ingredients, pureed and set using advanced techniques (no chemical binders). The cakes are homogeneous, high in calories, and protein-rich for optimal nourishment, all while maintaining a small serving size. Despite their different composition and recipe, all the cake´s layers have the same smooth consistency and correspond to the IDDSI level 4* requirements. Therefor they are particularly suited for people with chewing ans swallowing disorders.
