Marvella: A Slice of Cake-Happiness That Connects

Landtmann’s Fine Patisserie is renowned for its exquisite cakes and pastries. During the pandemic, they expanded their business to include an exceptional cake: Marvella Cakes, which allow people with swallowing difficulties to enjoy culinary delights that they can share with their loved ones, as the cake is also appealing to those not affected. The innovative and interdisciplinary production of a consistency-homogeneous 3-layer cake even attracted funding from the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG).
